Subcontractors are always free

When you add a sub to a project, they get their own portal to upload docs, submit pay apps, and track their status. They never pay a cent — you cover the project, they just log in and get to work.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What counts as an active project?

Any project with at least one pay app submitted in the current billing period. Archived projects don't count toward your limit.

Do subcontractors need to pay?

No. Subs access their portal for free. You only pay as the GC managing the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH or invoice.
